Anyone new to my blog needs to understand that I have a love for all things different, and that includes jewellery. I simply love stripes, polka dots, animal print in my clothing. With jewellery I often go for items which may look simple but creates a talking point.

My latest items of jewellery comes from a Swedish jewellery called Sparv. SPARV was founded 2014 by Charlotta Brorsson. Her business started as a result of her never finding the perfect accessories to suit her outfits of her tastes. Charlotta studied at the Swedish school of Textiles and began her career in the fashion industry with purchasing.
Her aim of Sparv is to combine the Scandinavian simplicity with a bold and graphic look. This seems like a total contradiction but when you have a look at the website http://sparv.se/  , you can see why their  jewellery meets this objection.

I adore the graphic design and suits my eclectic taste beautifully. This set is 100% brass with a 16k gold plating. All the jewellery is a 100% brass with a choice of finish between silver or 16k gold plating.They have great care instructions for the jewellery - and this is absolutely necessary if you want it to look new for as long as possible.





























The great thing about their range is that there is something to suit each of your discerning tastes. I simply love how well the jewellery match my outfit. Navy and white is a classic and timeless color combo and it's perfect for Spring.

Hi everyone !!
Isn't it the coolest thing EVER, that when your old favorite jeans are torn and tattered, you do not need to throw out it just yet? Now you can modernize it by patching it or ripping it. This is exactly what I've done with my white jeans. Contrary to what I've just said, this white jeans of mine was not torn or old but rather boring, in my opinion.
These Nude Strappy Sandals are from Migato (link below) and such a perfect fit for the ripped jeans.
My Military Green Jacket/Coat is from Asos (link below) and I just love it because it's so perfect for Spring. Although it is fully lined, the jacket is still very lightweight.




The  details on the jacket is so  beautiful and add a versatility to it. It can be styled with a shift dress or a pencil skirt for a more sophisticated look. I love to add pieces to my wardrobe that are versatile and can be mixed and matched.
The white cropped top I had in my closet for a while and the sheerness of the top is totally on point with what is trending now.




I've added the chain necklace for a bit of bling and love how it brings the outfit together.


 Nude Shoes just goes with anything. Every Fashionista should definitely have at least a pair or two in her closet. My white YSL bag completes the look perfectly!!

We have just celebrated InternationalWomensDay on the 8th of March. I was approached to do a collaboration with a beautiful, young woman and Fashion blogger, Amalthea and in the spirit of IWD month I agreed to do it.
I read this quote once, and it really stuck with me: "Use Social Media NOT to IMPRESS people but RATHER to IMPACT people." This is exactly what Amalthea and I are doing here.
Showcasing our monochromatic combined looks is not a competition in who wears it better but simply a fun project in showing how differently we interpret a Black&White look and also showcase our different style aesthetically.
Monochrome looks are classic and timeless: I am sure 20yrs from now we can look back at these looks and not need to think "UGH, what was I thinking? lol."
My look is a White tiered skirt, which is based of the Spanish/Latin influence on Fashion for the season and to come. Ruffles and tiers are symbolic of the Spanish Influence on Fashion of the current season and the seasons ahead. A leather jacket is always a hit. The hat and cropped top I've added to take me to the wild, wild West and my ankle lace-up Ankle boots was added to bring it ALL together. Amalthea is a New Yorker, and the only thing we discussed before hand is that the outfit will be black and white but opposite bottoms and tops. I had no idea how she will interpret a Monochrome look, neither did she knew how I would interpret it. I love her style. Can you see how different Fashion and Styling are? It's Springtime. I love this time of the year because everything in Nature seems like it has woken up from a deep sleep. The birds are chirpier and the blossoms on the trees smell divine.

Blush is still the IT color of the season and I was totally surprised by this gift. An YSL bag in the color Blush. I wanted to create a look around this bag and what better color than white with gold accents to showcase this bag.

The white lounge coatigan (combination of a coat and a cardigan) is a perfect match for this romper.The lounge coatigan is so versatile I can throw it over my bathing costume during summer too, when heading off for drinks at the beach bar.

Well I'm sure that you can figure out what this review is about by just reading the title:) I simply love that name of this company because you can figure out immediately what they are all about.

In the era that we are living, with climate change having such a huge impact on our lives, I sure am glad that sunglasses has been a part of my life since my teenage years. The sun  has become harsher over time and our summer days, which is creeping closer for us in the northern hemisphere, means that we will be dealing with the harsh rays of the sun constantly soon. That does not mean that you cannot wear sunglasses in the colder seasons. On the contrary, the sun can be quite deceptive during winter. It can be quite damaging to your eyes and skin.

Enough about the climate change, the sun and its harsh rays for now. After all, this review is not about climate change. It is about sunglasses.
