Culottes can be worn during Winter or Summer season. Culottes in tweed, corduroy and wool are so chic during Winter. Wearing culottes during winter with a pair of boots or flats are so appropriate.
Summer Culottes are always in much more lightweight fabric. This specific culottes of mine is in linen and because it is white I can wear it Casual or Smart during the very hot Summer days which are coming.
A pop of red color always add the oomph to any monochrome look.

Now remember you can wear flats with culottes but a statement high heel shoe or sandal is perfect for an occasion which calls for a smarter look.
