For the past seasons, designers have put so much emphasis on the sleeves of garments. From cut out sleeves, cold shoulder, off the shoulder, bell sleeves.etc. The sleeves trend has literally come to stay again because for Fall/Winter we will see garments with dramatic sleeves. I personally love this trend because it adds drama or sexiness to a blouse or dress. In this case I am wearing a pink long sleeve satin shirt with layered ruffles from Sammydress which adds drama and sophistication at the same time. The ruffles flows beautifully and gives an element of fun when wearing this shirt. This layered ruffles shirt has a hidden button stand which gives the satin blouse an even more expensive look. I have to say wearing clothing made of satin, is not the easiest thing to wear but the quality of the satin that this shirt is made of is impressively good. I love the shade of pink color too. I've pared this long sleeve layerd ruffles satin shirt with my cut out denim pinafore dress from Zaful, as seen in a previous post. I've added my gladiator sandals and a matching bag to complete the look. I adore my new pink retro frame sunglasses from Rosegal and they mathches my outfit beautifully.
This layered ruffles shirt comes with two satin ribbons which you can tie around the arms as bows or you can wear it without!!
I had so much fun wearing this blouse. I thought all these ruffles might be annoying at times but they are so light and drapes easily over the hands. I can see myself pairing this pink long sleeve layered ruffles shirt with so many colors. This dusty pink color is so IN for Fall. The best part of having an extra over designed blouse/shirt in your closet will be to elevate your classic pieces in your closet when you have different events to attend.
