Hi everyone!!!
Today I've styled this Gingham long shirt as a light coat over my LBD. As much as you've  heard this a million times, it is true that every woman should have a LBD in her closet. Nothing says classic and ease like a Little Black Dress. I have quite a few LBD 's in my closet, different lengths  and styles. The one I am wearing today is very short but the Gingham long shirt balances it nicely and keeps it light and fashionable.
The heels are very high and elongate my legs, which was the desired effect I was aiming for. A pop of color is just what a Monochrome look needs and therefor the Fuchsia bag.
My floppy sunhat does what it is meant to - flip any way that I want it to.  As you can see, I've added silver accessories to enhance the CC logo on the bag. You've probably seen my shoes in previous posts, which are from Voi&Noi (link below.)
This gingham shirt has a 3/4 sleeve which makes it even more appropriate to wear as a lightweight coat.  Styling is all about how to elevate your clothes. Instead of just wear it for what it was meant for, just add your own flair and never be afraid to experiment. Fashion is Fun!!!!
