So, I get asked these questions on my social channels a lot: "What is the secret to your body? What is your workout routine? Do you go to the gym and how often during a week? What do you eat?"etc.etc. If you are one those who asked me or wanted to ask then I'm sure this blog post will answer most of those questions.
Before we get there, let me tell you about my gym-wear from Zaful. The racerback front closure gym bra is fantastic to wear when doing a workout. It gives me the support I need and fits beautifully across my chest. I adore these leggings because of the fabric the softness and smoothness of the fabric that these training leggings are made of. The fit is incredible too. It will stretch according to your body shape.
My workout routine consists of doing a yoga routine on Youtube in the comfort of my home. I call myself an amateur because I never had formal training in yoga. With regards to the gym, I do not go to gyms. I prefer yoga because it helps me to stay flexible, toned and most of all it helps me to breathe which helps me to relax. The waistline of these running leggings has the elasticity which allows you to fold it over and it will fit comfortably around your lower waistline line. What do I eat? I eat everything except meat.

I understand my body and my body provides me with what I need it to do every day. My main focus of my body is being healthy and flexible and that is exactly what these yoga routines do for me.

Wow! The fit looks really good. Do they also have designer leggings? I really like to wear colorful and patterned clothes. I don’t know I don’t feel comfortable in solid colors. You surely have rocked this outfit. I am not even this size. I am overweight and I have to get fit as soon as possible. I am subscribing to this blog. I really liked it!
